5. DOA (Dead On Arrival) Policy

We take great care in packaging and shipping live coral. However, if your coral arrives dead, you must:

  • Provide clear photos of the coral in its original, unopened packaging

  • Include a photo of the shipping label for verification

Approved DOA claims may be eligible for store credit or replacement, at our discretion. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and we do not offer credit for losses due to carrier delays, missed deliveries, or incorrect addresses. Our DOA policy applies to live coral only and does not cover damage after the coral is introduced to your tank.
